How do you ensure the bottles don't break during shipping?
We use custom-designed, eco-friendly corrugated inserts and heavy-duty boxes to ensure your sauces arrive safely. In the rare event of a breakage, simply send us a photo and we will issue a replacement or refund immediately.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our hot sauces worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
How should I store my hot sauce after opening?
While many high-vinegar sauces are shelf-stable, we recommend refrigerating all sauces after opening to maintain optimal flavor, color, and heat levels for as long as possible.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order or received the wrong item, please contact our support team within 14 days and we will make it right.
How do I know how spicy a sauce is before buying?
We rank every sauce on a scale from 1 (Mild) to 10+ (Extra Hot). You can find this heat rating on each product page, along with descriptions of the pepper types used, such as Jalapeño, Habanero, or Carolina Reaper.
Are your sauces gluten-free or vegan?
The majority of our sauces are naturally gluten-free and vegan. You can use our website filters to shop specifically for these dietary requirements, and full ingredient lists are provided for every product.
